Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system, automatically collected via the Framer hosting platform for security and site optimization purposes.
Payment Data: Data relating to your credit card or other payment methods are handled entirely by third-party providers. FlowState Tools does not view or store your financial information on its servers.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
Contract Execution: For the provision of the AM WorkFlow plug-in and the management of the related end-user license.
Customer Support: To provide technical support and respond to your requests via email.
Legal Compliance: To comply with tax, accounting, and administrative obligations required by Italian law.

To ensure a secure and efficient service, we use selected partners:
Lemon Squeezy: Acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy manages the entire payment process, billing, and license distribution. Your financial data is processed exclusively by them in accordance with their security standards.
Framer: Our website is hosted on the Framer platform, which provides the necessary technical infrastructure and collects technical navigation data in aggregate or anonymous form.
6. Retention Period
We retain your personal data for as long as strictly necessary to manage the license and post-sales support. For tax and accounting purposes, transaction-related data will be kept for a period of 10 years, as required by Italian law.

As a user (including those outside the EU, to whom we extend these protections), you enjoy the following rights under the GDPR:
